After information, the thing which circulates the most on the Internet is : MONEY. Some people well understood it and don’t hesitate to use the web to earn (lot of !!) money.

- Go on Adbrite website and sell space on your site for text ads.

- Make good ad placement on your blog, single condition : consistently writing excelent content to have visitors so that companies agree to put advertising on your blog and pay you in return.

- Go on Text Link Ads website, the only thing that you’ll need to do is sending advertisers to them or selling spots on your site. Little detail : you must have a real site or blog to do this – nothing on a shared domain.

- Become Amazon seller and sell all your stuff you don’t need anymore, as it said : “One man’s poison may is another man’s meat ” !

- Go on Associated Content (AC) website : write a story, how-to, rant and so on, you can submit it to them and they will pay you $3-$20 per article if they like it.

- Go on Cafepress website and get a free online shop : you provide a design and they’ll toss it on a T-shirt, hat, etc. You pay no upfront costs and promote your products on your website.

- Sell what you know : if you are an expert on something, the Ether website provides a way to people to pay you to talk on it in a one-on-one setting. You have to do all your advertising so you should have a blog or a website already established. Your site / blog becomes a communication tool to “sell you”.

You can do all you want on Second Life (see the article below), included earning money by creating an estate agency for example. This is the case of an asiatic women which is nowadays multimillionaire thanks to several building sold on line.

One of the new things you can find on Internet during these three last years is virtual games. You adopt a character supposed being representative of you or what you would like to be and then you can do all you want : you can communicate with other characters, buy houses, cars, DVDs or anything. Everything is virtual but what you pay is real and you can become very rich thanks to virtual games such as Second Life.

Outwardly very performing and exciting, isn’t it ?

The problem is that Second Life allows to constitute specific groups with a strong political, religious or cultural ideology and gives them the opportunity to communicate, share ideas and opinions often outrage without being bothered.

The problem is nobody really can control Internet with a capital I and especially on these kind of games which allow to communicate and share real information under the gaming and virtual cover.

- Make sure that the website on which you want to buy something own a kind of “aftersale” service or an adress/phone number, towards which you’ll be able to diret yourself in case of problem (that’s generally a guarantee of serious) 

THE GOOD IDEA : Creating a paypal account ; this account will allow you to pay and receive money on Internet without being concerned.

Bad news for you : you are a cyber addictive.

Cyber addiction is referred as the irresistible and manic-obsessive need to use the Internet. However, it’s not considered as a disease but rather than a symptom which can be the expression of a blocking or shunning of problems of the daily life. Cyber addictive people don’t manage to build themselves a psychosocial identity.

Computer hacking subculture is often referred to as the network hacker subculture or simply the computer underground. People join on the Internet around commune ideas or points of view, these groups are supposed to be without danger, they claim to be motivated by artistic and political ends.

In reality they are often unconcerned about the use of criminal means to achieve them.

Internet is a real mine of information, these are various and come from everybody and everywhere around the world (Internet users, government, organizations,….). For that reason, information collected on the Internet obviously need to be checked before been used.

 When you are looking for information on the Internet, you can use : research motors (Google, Yahoo,…) , see on the on-line dictionaries and encyclopedias but you can also refer on collaborative websites (Wikipedia), forums, blogs or (often forgotten) the help section available on most of websites, and so on.  

Research motors might help you to find the different websites, blogs, forums, existing on your specific subject if you aren’t aware of them.
